Hi, I'm Aron! I'm a final year doctoral student at MIT's Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS) and a member of the Resilient Infrastructure Networks group. My research focuses on applying machine learning and optimization towards planning and operations of large-scale systems, with a particular focus on regional energy systems.

Before starting my PhD, I studied Civil Systems Engineering and Mathematics (Courses 1+18) at MIT. Outside of my research, I have also been a teaching assistant for 1.C01/1.C51 Machine Learning for Sustainable Systems and spent last summer as an intern with Gridmatic.
